Confidence is an internal self-belief that can be learned! Knowing that you will be able to cope in any situation because you have internal strength is essential for you to take risks and go for the fulfilment of your potential and your dreams in both your professional and personal life.
Coaching is not advising, counselling or therapy. It works from the premise that past experiences doesn't have to be a predictor of future performance. Coaching emphasises the here and now and the future - who you are now and where you want to be in the future. The emphasis is on change and taking responsibility for that change rather than reflecting on the past and what has made you who you are.
